We understand that planning a wedding can be majorly stressful for some and fun and exciting for others. Our goal is to ease your stress and keep you on track. We offer "Day-Of" Coordination for the couples that need very little assistance in the planning process. I am the Owner + Lead Planner for Altogether Beautiful Creations. I married the love of my life, Jordyn, in August of 2018 and together we have 3 beautiful children. We are loving life together, the craziness and all.
My love for weddings grow with each couple I have the pleasure of working with. I am passionate about giving my couples a stress-free and happy day to remember forever.
I graduated college and began working in a venue immediately and absolutely fell in love with the entire process of wedding planning and coordinating. I then took on the task of planning my own wedding with a little help from my planner friends, and BOY I tell ya what. Wedding planners are CRUCIAL to a seamless day. I was able to let go of the details and spend more time with my new husband!!!

Altogether Beautiful Creations offers day-of coordination services. What this means is, we meet with our couples toward the end of the planning process and bring all the details together. YOU, as our client, have the opportunity to do the fun planning (with our assistance along the way) and we will then take over about a month before the wedding so you can relax and enjoy the upcoming weeks with family + friends!

Two Planner Meetings, including Venue Visit

Monthly email “check-ins” to ensure the planning is running smoothly and on track

Distribute extremely detailed wedding day itinerary to wedding party, family and vendors

Manage the timeline for the ceremony and reception (until special moments)

Use of extensive Bride + Groom Emergency Kit. (We’ll be ready to solve any unexpected situation)

Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants and family members

Direct vendors where to set up

Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed

Set up all ceremony decor not handled by a specific vendor (unity candles, programs, guest book, etc)

Line up and cue wedding party/musicians for ceremony

Set up all reception decor not handled by a specific vendor (favors, menus, candles, cake knife, toasting flutes, etc)

Manage vendor set-up of reception and make sure all commitments are fulfilled
